A new terpenoid from Ganoderma lucidum

摘要

摘要: 从赤芝子实体的乙醇提取物中分得一个新的萜类化合物。通过一维和二维核磁共振谱分析确定结构为7β, 15α-dihydroxy-4, 4, 14α-trimethyl-3, 11, 20-trioxo-5α-pregn-8-en, 命名为赤芝酮D (lucidone D)。

Abstract: A new terpenoid, lucidone D (1), has been isolated from Ganoderma lucidum. Its structure was determined to be 7β, 15α-dihydroxy-4, 4, 14α-trimethyl-3, 11, 20-trioxo-5α-pregn-8-en on the basis of 1D and 2D-NMR spectral analysis.
