聚花过路黄化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CONSTITUENTS OF LYSIMACHIA CONGESTIFLORA

  • 摘要: 目的:对聚花过路黄(Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl.) 全草的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离,用MS,1HNMR,13CNMR(DEPT) ,1H1HCOSY 谱鉴定化合物。结果:分离得到7 个化合物:杨梅树皮素(1),杨梅树皮苷(2) ,槲皮素(3),柽柳素(4) ,豆甾醇(5) ,仙客来D-3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡糖基-(1 →2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(6) 和珍珠菜苷(7) 。结论:化合物7 为新化合物,化合物4 和6 为首次从珍珠菜属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents from Lysimachia congestiflora Hemsl.. METHODS: Column chromatography was used to separate the chemical constituents. MS, IR,1HNMR,13CNMR (DEPT) and 1H 1H COSY were used to determine the structure of the isolated constituents. RESULTS: Seven compounds were identified by spectral analyses as myricetin (1), myricetrin (2), quercetin (3), tamarixetin (4), stigmasterol (5), cyclamiretin D-3-O-β-D xylopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside (6) and lysimachoside (7). CONCLUSION: Compound 7 is a new one. Compounds 4 and 6 were first isolated from the genus of Lysimachia.
