柽柳化学成分的研究
STUDIES OF CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS FROM TAMARIX CHINENSIS LOUR

摘要: 从柽柳科植物柽柳(Tamarix chinesis Lour)的干燥嫩枝叶中分离鉴定了10个化合物,其中三个为新化合物,分别命名为柽柳酚、柽柳酮和柽柳醇,7个为已知化合物,鉴定为β-谷甾醇、胡罗卜甙、3′,4′-二甲基槲皮素、硬脂酸、正三十一烷、正三十一烷醇-(12)及三十二烷醇乙酸酯。用光谱分析和化学方法确定了各化合物的结构。Abstract: Ten crystalline compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Tamarix chinensis Lour. They are tamarixinol(Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), tamarixone (Ⅲ), tamarixol (Ⅳ), daucosterol(Ⅴ), 3', 4'-di-O-methyl-quercetin(Ⅹ) and four long chain compounds. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ are new natural products and their structures have been elucidated based on spectral and chemical analyses.
