新疆贝母化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CONSTITUENTS OF FRITILLARIA WALUJEWII

  • 摘要: 从新疆贝母(Fritillaria walujewii Rgl)的鳞茎中分离出五个生物碱Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ,碱Ⅰ鉴定为西贝素imperialine。系首次从该种分离出。碱Ⅴ是一个新甾体生物碱,与西贝素相比,在20位少一个羟基,定名新贝甲素(sinpeinine A)。根据IR,MS,1HNMR以及13C-NMR光谱解析和衍生物制备,推定其结构为3β-hydroxy-5α,14α,17β-cevanine-6-one。碱Ⅱ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ的结构正在鉴定中。

     

    Abstract: Five alkaloids were isolated trom the bulbs of Fritillaria walujewii Rgl. in Xinjiang region of China. Alkaloid I was identified as imperialine. Alkaloid V is a new steroidal alkaloid, named sinpeinine A. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR. 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS) and preparation of derivatives the structure of sinpeinine A was elucidated as (4).
