灵芝对冠脉循环影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF LING-CHIH (GANODERMA) ON CORONARY CIRCULATION

  • 摘要: 赤灵芝发酵总硷从犬的股静脉注射之后,冠脉血流明显增加(62%),冠脉血管阻力和心肌耗氧量下降。实验证明,灵芝能改变冠脉血流动力和心肌代谢。发酵赤灵芝总提取物注入猫的静脉之后,冠脉血流明显增加的同时,脑血流也增加。结扎豚鼠冠状动脉左旋支引起S-T段抬高,T波倒置的心电图改变,注射发酵赤灵芝总提取物,能使其恢复。这是降低了心肌耗氧量和可能增加了冠脉侧支血流进入缺血区的结果。用离体豚鼠心脏灌流实验,灵芝能扩张冠状动脉,对抗垂体后叶素引起的冠状血管收缩作用。灵芝能减低机体的耗氧量和明显提高小鼠耐低压缺氧的能力。用低压缺氧和离体心脏灌流实验表明,发酵生产的赤灵芝,野生赤灵芝和野生紫灵芝都有同样的药理作用,但用水提的效果不如酒提物和总生物硷有效。

     

    Abstract: The total alkaloids of Ghih-ling-zhih Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex Fr.)Karst obtained by submerged fermentation, when infused into the femoral vein of open-chest dogs, caused a marked increase of coronary blood flow (about 62%),a decrease of coronary vascular resistance and a decrease of oxygen consumption of the myocardium. The experiments demonstrated that Chih-ling-zhih changed the coronary hemodynamics and myocardial metabolism. The total extract of Ghih-ling-zhih was also found. to increase markedly the coronary flow and the cerebral blood flow after intravenous injection in cats, Ligation of the left circumflex artery in guinea pigs induced an acute myocardial infarction as indicated by elevated S-T segment and reversed T wave in EKG. The EKG changes were corrected by intravenous injection of the total extract of Ghih-ling-zhih of fermentation product. This is probably the result of the decrease of oxygen consumption of the myocardium and, possibly also, the increase Of collateral flow to ischemic areas.When Ling-zhih was perfused through the coronary arteries of the isolated guinea pig heart, the coronary artery was dilated and the coronary vasoconstrictive action of pituitrin was antagonized.Ling-zhih decreased the oxygen consumption of mice and significantly prolonged the survival time of the animals at low-pressure hypoxia.It was found that the Ghih-ling-zhih of fermentation product, wild Ghih-ling-zhih and wild Tzyy-ling-zhih G, japonicum (fr.) Lloyd showed the same pharmacologic effects, but their water extracts were not as effective as the alcohol extracts and the total alkaloid.
