国产糖芥强心作用的药理学研究

A PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE CARDIOTONIC ACTION OF ERYSIMUM CHEIRANTHOIDES L.THAT GREW WILD IN CHINA

  • 摘要: 将东北野生桂竹糖芥制成酊剂,蒸去乙醇以盐水混悬用于实驗。通过青蛙和家兔在体心、离体心以及猫心电图的实驗,确証此制剂具有强心作用;化学定性也証明它有甙类反应,据此,作者认为此植物肯定含有心甙。此制剂的“对数剂量-反应机率单位直线”与k-毒毛旋花素的相平行;无明显蓄积性并且生效甚速,故认为它的作用性貭与毒毛旋花素相似。上述結果与国外同种植物的研究資料基本相同。此植物地上部分的干粉1克相当于2.91±0.19毫克的k-毒毛旋花素(蛙法),又相当于17.9猫单位;小白鼠腹腔注射24小时的LD50为5.24±0.48克/公斤(P=0.95)。

     

    Abstract: A tincture was prepared from Erysimum cheiranthoides L. that grew wild in the Northeast of China and, after alcohol was removed by vaporization, was suspended in saline solution of suitable concentration; it was then used in experiments. Through repeated experiments on hearts (of frogs and rabbits) in situ, on perfused isolated hearts (of frogs and rabbits) and on ECG (cats), it was found that the preparation had a cardiotonic effect and, in addition to the cardiac effect, it displayed a positive glucoside reaction as well. Judging from the fact that the active principles of the other species of the same plant were generally cardiac glucosides, it must, the authors believed, contain cardiac glucoside. The effect of the preparation was very rapid; the "log dose-response (percentage of death in probits) line" was parallel to that of k-Strophanthin; and it had no cumulative effect. Hence the authors concluded that its cardiac actions were similar to those of k-Strophanthin. One gram of the dry powder made of the aerial part of the plant was approximately equal in potency to 2.91 mg k-Strophanthin. The mouse LD50 (24 hr., i.p.) is 5.24±0.48gm/kg (P=0.95).
