荧光分析法测定大鼠脑组织一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶

FLUOROMETRIC METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF NITRIC OXIDE AND NITRIC OXIDE SYNTHETASE IN RAT BRAIN

  • 摘要: 利用一氧化氮与N-乙酰半胱氨酸反应产物对荧光物质硫酸奎宁的内滤过效应,分别在强酸及弱碱性条件下建立了大鼠脑组织一氧化氮及其合成酶活性的测定方法。最低可检测3×10-8mol·L-1水平的一氧化氮。本方法具有简单、灵敏、稳定的特点。

     

    Abstract: A simple, sensitive fluorometric method for the determination of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthetase in rat brain homogenates has been developed. The method is based on the absorption of a reaction product of N-acetylcysteine and nitric oxide overlapping the absorption of quinine sulfate. The lowest concentration that can be determined is 3×10-8 mol·L-1.
