针裂蹄多糖的研究

INVESTIGATION OF PHELLINUS LINTEUS (BERK ET CURT) AOSHIMA POLYSACCHARIDE

  • 摘要: 由针裂蹄Phellinus linteus(Berk.et Curt)Aoshima提取水溶性多糖,经甲醇分级与DEAE-纤维素柱层析获针裂蹄葡聚糖,平均分子量约为13000。该葡聚糖经部分乙酰解、酶试验、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解、甲基化及气相色谱、红外光谱、色—质联用分析,证明为多分枝结构。主链由β(1→3)-D-葡萄糖基组成,侧链由β(1→6)键连结,在分枝或末端存在少量β(1→4)糖苷键。

     

    Abstract: A pure β-D-glucan has been obtained from the fruit bodies of Phellinus linteus. Average molecular weight of the glucan is ca 13000.The structure of the polysaccharide has been investigated by using the techniques of partial acetolysis, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation, methylation, infrared spectrometry, gas-liquid chromatography, and GC-MS. The results of these studies indicate that a branched molecule possesses a backbone of β-(1-3)-D-glucan and side chains of β-(1-6) linkedD-glucose residues with branch and ends of minor β-(1-4) linked D-glucose residues.
