丙酰螺旋霉素II的分离与鉴别

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF PROPIONYL SPIRAMYCIN II

  • 摘要: 用大孔吸附树脂等方法分离丙酰螺旋霉素(Pro-SPM),除得到以前分离的丙酰螺旋霉素III(ProSPMII)外,又得到一个新成分。根据其理化性质和波谱UV,HRMS,1HNMR,13CNMR(含DEPT)和1H-13CCOSY数据,并与Pro-SPMII比较,Pro-SPMII仅C3酰基不同,命名为丙酰螺旋霉素II(Pro-SPMII)。

     

    Abstract: Component A and B were isolated from propionyl spiramycin (Pro-SPM) by means of column chromatography with macroreticular resin. Their physical and chemical properties were determined. On the basis of analytical data component A was shown to be identical with the previously reported Pro SPM III. The structure of component B was elucidated and designated as Pro-SPM II. It is a new antibiotic. The only difference between A (Pro-SPM III) and B (Pro SPM II) is the presence of a C3-O-Pro in A in contrast to the presence of a C3-OAc in B.
