4-喹诺酮-2-羧酸衍生物的合成及抗过敏作用

SYNTHESIS AND ANTIANAPHYLACTIC ACTION OF 4-QUINOLONE-2-CARBOXYLIC ACID DERIVATIVES

  • 摘要: 合成了一些7-位和5,8-位取代4-喹诺酮-2-羧酸衍生物。经药理筛选,发现化合物(24)(18)对大鼠被动皮肤过敏(PCA)的保护作用分别为98.5%和93.3%。

     

    Abstract: A series of 7-or 5,8-substituted 4-quinolone-2-carboxylic acid was synthesized and tested in rats for passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) assay as potential antiallergic agents. 7-Oxaloxy-4-quinolone-2-carboxylic acid (24) and 5-amino-4-quinolone-2-carboxylic acid (18) were shown to give 98.5% and 93.3% protection, respectively.
