东北延胡索中白元胡碱的化学结构

THE STRUCTURE OF AMBININE ISOLATED FROM CORYDALIS AMBIGUA CHAM ET SCHLTD

摘要: 自东北延胡索Corydalis ambigna cham et Schltd(罂粟科)块茎的乙醚提取物中,分离出一种苯菲啶类新生物碱。根据其紫外光谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱和质谱的分析以及共衍生物的制备,并与苯菲啶类已知物紫堇灵(corynoline)及其衍生物的光谱数据进行比较,确定了该生物碱的化学结构为(Ⅰ),并命名为白元胡碱ambinine,C₂₃H₂₇O₆N,mp 218～219°,α_D²⁹—98°(c 0.11 CHCl₃)。

Abstract: A new minor benzophenathridine-type alkaloid, Ambinine(Ⅰ), C₂₃ H₂₇O₆N, mp 218～219°, α_D²⁹—98°(c 0.11,CHCl₃) was isolated from the stem tuber of Corydalis ambigua Cham. et Schltd. (papaveraceae). The structure of ambinine was established as I by spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, PMR, CMR, MS) and comparison of the data of the compound and its derivatives with that of the known alkaloid corynoline and its derivatives.
