摘要: 根据薯蓣皂甙元分子结构上的特点,应用溴库伦法,在含有溴化钾的酸性电解液中进行滴定,以死停法指示终点。1分子薯蓣皂甙元消耗1分子溴,n值为2。本法简单、快速,适用于测定微量薯蓣皂甙元样品,误差在1%左右。Abstract: Coulometric titration of diosgenin with electrolytically generated bromine was studied.Diosgenin has a double bond at the 5~6 position so it can add one mole of bromine. The reaction takes place easily and is quite straightforward.The titration was carried out in a mixture of 1 M KBr-18%HC1 and 95% EtOH (1:1), and bromine was gerenated at the anode. The end point was deteced by the deadstop method.This method is simple, rapid and precise and is suitable for determining small amount of diosgenin.
