甘肃黄芩中的新黄酮——甘黄芩甙元的结构

THE STRUCTURE OF GANHUANGENIN, A NEW FLAVONOID FROM THE ROOT OF GANSUHUANGQIN (SCUTELLARIA REHDERIANA)

  • 摘要: 本文报道从唇形科植物甘肃黄芩(Scutellaria rehderiana Diels)的根中分得五种黄酮类成分。其中一个新黄酮类化合物(Ⅰ)命名为甘黄芩甙元(ganhuangenin)其结构测定为5,7,3′,6′-四羟基-8,2′-二甲氧基黄酮,其余四种分别鉴定为黄芩甙、汉黄芩素、黄芩黄素和千层纸甲素。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the isolation and structure determination of a new flavonoid named ganhuangenin and characterization of four other known components from the root of Scutellaria rehderiana. Ganhuangenin was elucidated as 5,7,3′,6′-tetrahydroxy-8,2′-dimethoxyflavone on the basis of spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS,1H and 13C NMR). The known flavonoids were identified as baicalin, wogonin, baicalein and oroxylin-A.
