叶下珠化学成分的研究

CHEMICAL STUDIES ON THE CONSTITUENTES OF PHYLLANTHUS URINARIA L.

  • 摘要: 从叶下珠(Phyllantlais urinaria L.)的干燥全草中分得11个化合物。经光谱分析(UV,IR,1HNMR,13C-NMR,1H-1H COSY,13C-1H COSY,long range 13-1H COSY,DEPT and MS)和化学反应等,鉴定了其中10个化合物,分别为正十八烷(Ⅰ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),鞣花酸(Ⅳ),胡萝卜甙(Ⅴ),短叶苏木酚酸甲酯(methyl brevifolincarboxylate,Ⅵ),山萘素(Ⅶ),槲皮素(Ⅷ),去氢诃子次酸三甲酯(trimethyl ester dehydrochebulic acid,Ⅸ),没食子酸(Ⅹ),芸香甙(Ⅺ)。晶Ⅱ为一醛类化合物,结构正在鉴定中,晶Ⅵ和Ⅸ为新化合物。

     

    Abstract: Two new phenolic compounds(crystal Ⅵ and crystal Ⅸ) have been isolated from Phyllanthus urinaria L. (Euphorbiaceae). Their structures were determined by analysis of their UV, IR, 1H-NMR, 1H-1H COSY, 13C-1H COSY, long range 13C-1H COSY, DEPT, EIMS and HREIMS spectral data. Crystal Ⅵ was determined as methyl brevifolincarboxylate. Crystal Ⅸ was elucidated as trimethyl ester dehydrochebulic acid. All of the signals of the 13C-NMR of these two new compounds have been assigned mainly according to DEPT, 13C-1H COSY and long range 13C-1H COSY. Accompanying these two new compounds, 8 known compounds have been isolated. By using chemical reactions,UV,IR,1H-NMR,MS,their structures were elucidated as n-octadecane(Ⅰ), β-sitosterol(Ⅲ), ellagic acid (Ⅳ), daucosterol(Ⅴ), kaempferol (Ⅶ), quercetin (Ⅷ), gallic acid (Ⅹ) and rutin (Ⅺ). Crystal Ⅱ is an aldehyde, its structure elucidation is in progress.
