苯妥英选择性电极的研制

STUDY ON PHENYTOIN—SELECTIVE ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 本文报道以苯妥英—十六烷基三辛基铵为活性物质的苯妥英电极的研制工作。随著季铵盐活性物质分子量的减小而电极性能转劣,次序为:苯妥英—十六烷基三辛基铵>英妥英—十二烷基三庚基铵>苯妥英—十六烷基三甲基铵>苯妥英—四丁基铵。对于同系列正碳链醇类、邻苯二甲酸二正烷基酯类等溶剂,电极的线性响应斜率随着正烷基碳链的增长而趋于减小。

     

    Abstract: A new phenytoin-selective liquid membrane electrode with phenytoin cetyltrioctylammonium (in n-heptanol) as active material is proposed for rapid determination of phenytoin, The linearity slope decreases with decreasing molecular weight of the active material studied in the order: phenytoin cetyltrioctylammonium>phenytoin dodecyltriheptylammonium>phenytoin cetyltrimethylammonium>phenytoin tetrabutylammonium. For homologs of alcohols and esters of phthalic acid, the linearity slope decreases with elongation of the carbon chain.
