太白米生物碱甙的化学研究

CHEMICAL INVESTIGATION OF GLYCOSIDAL STEROIDAL ALKALOIDS OF NORTHOLIRON HYACINTHINUM

  • 摘要: 从草药太白米中分得四个甾体生物碱甙及其甙元茄次碱(solanidine)。鉴定了甙Ⅰ和甙Ⅱ的结构。甙Ⅲ(hyacinthoside)为新甙,用光谱方法推断了结构。甙Ⅳ的结构有待测定。

     

    Abstract: From the bulb of Northoliron hyacinthnum (Wils) Staff, four glycosidal steroid alkaloids were isolated together with the aglycone—solanidine. Glycosides Ⅰ and Ⅱ were identified as β1-chaconine and solanidine 3-o-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl -(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranoside. Glycoside Ⅲ named as hyacinthoside is a newly discovered natural compound. Based on FAB, MS and 13C-NMR data, as well as acidic and enzymatic hydrolysis, the structure of hyacinthoside was elucidated. The structure of glycoside Ⅳ is being identified.
