青钱柳甜味成分的研究

摘要: 从青钱柳Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinsk嫩叶中分离得到3个(Ⅰ~Ⅲ)有强甜味的化合物。根据理化性质和光谱数据,确定化合物Ⅰ的结构为20,24-环氧-达玛烷-(3β,12β,20S,24R)-12-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-3-O-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖甙,为一新化合物,命名为青钱柳甙I(cyclocariosideI)。Abstract: Three intensely sweet compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ were obtained from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)Iljinsk.The structure of ocmpound I was elucidated by chemical and spec-troscopic methods as 20,24-epoxy-dammarane-(3β,12β,20S,24R)-12-O-β-D-quinovopyranosyi-25-hydroxy-3-O-α-L-arabinofuranoside.It is a new compound,named cyclocarioside I,and is the main sweet principle of this plant,possessing about 250 times the sweetness intensity of sugar.
