石斛小菇中的甾醇类化合物

THE STEROL CONSTITUENTS OF MYCENA DENDROBII

  • 摘要: 目的 研究石斛小菇(Mycena dendrobii Fan et Guo)菌丝体中的甾醇类化合物。方法 用甲醇提取,硅胶柱色谱分离石斛小菇的化学成分,用现代波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从石斛小菇菌丝体的甲醇提取物中分离得到了两种甾醇类化合物,鉴定(1)为一麦角甾烯氧化物,命名为6,9-epoxy-ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol;(2)β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)。结论 化合物(1)为新化合物。

     

    Abstract: AIM To study the sterol constituents in the mycelia of Mycena dendrobii Fan et Guo. METHODS Various column chromatographies with silica gel were employed for the isolation and purification. The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS A new ergosterol oxide (1) 6,9-epoxy-ergosta-7,22-dien-3-ol and a known compound β-sitosterol have been isolated, and the structure of compound (1) was established on the basis of its IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR,HMQC,HMBC and MS spectra. CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound.
