文冠木化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF XANTHOCERAS SORBIFOLIA BUNGE

  • 摘要: 目的:研究文冠木Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge茎的化学成分。方法:采用聚酰胺、硅胶柱色谱分离化学成分,IR,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR,MS,2DNMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从正丁醇层分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(-)-表儿茶精((-)-epicatechin,I),2α,3β-双氢杨梅树皮素(2α,3β-dihydromyricetin,II),杨梅树皮素(myricetin,III),2α,3β-双氢槲皮素(2α,3β-dihydroquercetin,IV),槲皮素(quercetin,V),七叶内酯(esculetin,VI),文冠木素(xanthocerin,VII);另外,从水层分离鉴定了2,5-二甲氧基对苯醌(2,5-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone,VIII)。结论:化合物VII为新化合物,化合物VI和VIII为首次从本属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical constituents of the stems of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by polyamide column chromatography and gel column chromatography, and the chemical structures were elucidated by IR, UV, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, MS and 2DNMR. RESULTS: Seven compounds have been isolated from the n-butanol extract, and one compound from the H2O extract of this plant. They have been identified as (-)-epicatechin (I), 2α,3β-dihydromyricetin (II), myricetin (III), 2α,3β-dihydroquercetin (IV), quercetin (V), esculetin (VI), xanthocerin (VII) and 2,5-dimethoxy-p-benzoquinone (VIII). CONCLUSION: Compound VII is a new compound. Compounds VI and VIII are isolated from the genus for the first time.
