草药牛筋果中牛筋果酸的分离和结构测定

ISOLATION AND STRUCTURAL DETERMINATION OF PERFORATIC ACID FROM CHINESE FOLK MEDICINE NIU-JINGUO(HARRISONIA PERFORATE)

  • 摘要: 本文报道从苦木科牛筋果属植物牛筋果(Harrisonia perforate(Blanco)Merr.)根中再分得一种新的色原酮化合物,命名为牛筋果酸(perforatic acid),其水溶液对3H-TdR体外渗入小鼠肝癌腹水细胞有较高的抑制率。

     

    Abstract: From the root of the Chinese folk medicine Niu-Jin-Guo (Harrisonia perforate (Blano) Merr.) a new chromone compound No. V was isolated.Based on chemical and spectral studies, the structure of this new chromone (named perforatic acid) was elucidated as V. Preliminary tests revealed that this compound showed marked inhibitory action on the incorporation of 3H-TdR into mice hepatic carcinoma ascites type cells in vitro.Further study is in progress.
