紫丹参中几种微量二萜醌的结构研究

THE STRUCTURES OF FOUR MINOR DITERPENEQUINONES PRZEWAQUINONES C.D.E.AND F.FROM THE ROOT OF SALVIA PRZEWALSKII MAXIM VAR.MANDARINORUM (DIELS) STIB.

  • 摘要: 从甘西鼠尾草褐毛变种(Salvia przewalskii Maxim.var.mandarinorum Stib.)的根中,应用HPLC方法及硅胶G柱多次柱层分离,得到四个新的微量二萜邻醌成分,称为紫丹参丙、丁、戊、己素(przewaquinone C.D.E.F)并且分别测定了其结构。

     

    Abstract: Four new diterpenequinones named przewaquinone C. C18H16O4, przewaquinone D. C18H16O5, przewaquinone E. C18H16O5 and przewaquinone F. C H O, were isolated from the root of Salvia przewalskii Maxim. var. mandarinorum (Diels) Stib. by chromatographic method.By means of spectral and chemical evidences structures of przewaquinone C. D. E. and F. were elucidated as formulas (Ⅰ), (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ), and (Ⅳ).
