大花哥纳香碱Ⅰ的结构鉴定

STRUCTURAL ELUCIDATION OF GONIOFFITHINE Ⅰ FROM GONIOTHALAMUS GRIFFITHII HOOK.F.ET THOMS

  • 摘要: 目的:研究云南西双版纳的大花哥纳香(Goniothalamus griffithii Hook.f.et Thoms)茎皮的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱技术进行分离,用IR,UV,MS,1HNMR,13CNMR光谱鉴定化合物。 结果:得到2个化合物,分析鉴定为:10-氨基-4-羟基-3,8-二甲氧基菲-1-羧酸内酰胺(Ⅰ),命名为大花哥纳香碱Ⅰ;3,4,5-三甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-葡吡喃糖苷(Ⅱ)。结论:Ⅰ为新化合物,Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the bark of Goniothalamus griffithii Hook.f.et Thoms. METHODS: The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and the chemical structures were elucidated by IR, UV, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR. RESULTS: The structures of the two constituents obtained were elucidated as 10-amino-2,4-dime-thoxyphenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid lactam (Ⅰ), 3,4,5-trimeth oxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅱ). CONCLUSION: Ⅰwas shown to be a new compound and named gonioffithine Ⅰ, while Ⅱwas obtained from this plant for the first time.
