吡喹酮对不同发育期血吸虫皮层损害的扫描电镜观察

SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE OBSERVATION ON TEGUMENTAL SURFACE ALTERATIONS OF SCHISTOSOMA JAPONICUM INDUCED BY PRAZIQUANTEL AT DIFFERENT DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES

  • 摘要: 应用扫描电镜观察了吡喹酮对体外培养的不同发育期血吸虫皮层的损害。结果表明,吡喹酮对虫龄为3~14天童虫的体表皮层无或仅有轻度损害,而虫龄为3h及21~42天的童虫或成虫的皮层则可受到中度或严重的损害。这与小鼠于感染后不同时期口服吡喹酮,自其体内取虫观察的结果相仿。本文就吡喹酮对不同发育期血吸虫皮层损害的意义进行了简要的讨论。

     

    Abstract: The in vitro effect of praziquantel on tegument of Schistosoma japonicum of different developmental stages has been studied using scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that no or only a slight tegument damage induced by praziquantel was observed in 3 day to 14 day old schistosomules, while in d0, d21, d28, d21 and d42 parasites a moderate or severe tegument damage could be seen. Similar results were obtained in in vivo test. The significance of tegument of different developmental stages of schistosomes caused by praziquantel has been discussed briefly.
