白花蛇舌草的化学成分研究Ⅱ.

Chemical Investigation of Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb.Ⅱ.

  • 摘要: 前报曾报导自茜草科(Rubiaceae)植物白花蛇舌草Oldenlandia diffusa(Willd.)Roxb.中分得七个成分,其中四个已分别证明为三十一烷、豆甾醇、乌索酸、土当归酸。本文对另外三个成分进行鉴定。其中结晶,Ⅲ为β-谷甾醇;结晶Ⅴ为β-谷甾醇D-葡萄糖甙,水溶性成分结晶Ⅶ经光谱分析,衍生物以及氧化产物等性质鉴定,证明为对香豆酸。

     

    Abstract: The first paper(this Journal,1964,11,No.12,809—814)reported the isolation of 7 crystalline substances from the alcoholic extract of Bai-Hua-She-She-CaoOldenlandia diffusa (Willd.)Roxb. family Rubiaceae. Four of them had been identified as hentriacontane,stigmasterol,ursolic acid, and oleanolic acid. In the present investigation the other three components have been identified as β-sitosterol, β-sitosterol glucosid, and p-coumaric acid respectively.
