人工神经网络在中药蟾酥化学模式识别特征提取中的应用

APPLICATION OF ARTIFICIATION OF ARTIFICATION NETWORKS TO THE FEATURE EXTRACTION IN CHEMICAL PATTERN RECOGNITION OF THE TRADITIONAL CHINESE MELICINE VENENUM BUFONIS

  • 摘要: 用对称的三层BP人工神经网络处理中药化学模式识别数据,既达到了提取特征和降维映射的目的,又减少了每引入一个样本重新计算各样本空间距离和分布的麻烦。提取的特征及相应误差用三维图形表示,可直接用于中药的化学模式识别。

     

    Abstract: A three-layer back propagation neural network was employed to extract featuresfrom HPLC data of the traditional Chinese medicine Venenum bufonis. method does not need torecalculate the data matrix after introducing a new sample.The result shows that the BP neuralnetwork can be used in the chemical pattern recognition directly.
