白花蒿素的结构

THE STRUCTURE OF LAOTIFLORASYNE ISOLATED FROM ARTEMISIA LACTLFLORA WALL

  • 摘要: 自菊科(Conpositae)植物白花蒿(Arlemisia factiflora Wall.)的花和叶中分离得到一种新的天然产物,命名为白花蒿素(lactiflorasyne)经光谱(UV,IR,MS,1HNMR,2DNMR,13CNMR)分析以及X-光晶体衍射解析确定其结构如(Ⅰ)所示。

     

    Abstract: A new compound named lactiflorasyne has been isolated from the flowers and leaves of Artemisia lactiflora Wall. The molecular formula of lactiflorasyne was proved to be C19H22O5 by high resolution measurements. Lactiflorasyne contains an ester group, a spiro system and two triple bounds. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (UV, IR, MS, NMR)and X-ray crystallographic study structure Ⅰ was finally established for lactiflorasyne.
