膜荚黄芪中新异黄酮苷的结构鉴定

A NEW ISOFLAVONE GLUCOSIDE FROM ASTRAGALUS MEMBRANACEUS

  • Abstract: AIM: To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch) Bunge from Xu Zhou. METHODS: The compounds were separated by D101 macroporous absorbing resins and rechromatography on slilca gel. Their structures were determined by spectral analysis. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated. They were elucidated as 3′-methoxy-5′-hydroxy-isoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1) astramembrannin I (2), astramembrannin II (3), astragaloside III (4), cyclocanthoside E (5), acetyastragalosid I (6), β-sitosterol (7) and daucosterol (8). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 was a new compound and 5 was isolated from the root of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge for the first time.
