灵芝对2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)引起的实验性肌强直症小鼠高血清醛缩酶的影响

THE EFFECT OF GANODERMAS ON ELEVATED SERUM ALDOLASE LEVELS INDUCED BY 2,4-DICHLOROPHEN-OXYACETIC ACID (2,4-D) IN MICE

  • 摘要: 给小鼠皮下注射2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D),能够引起血清醛缩酶显著升高。我们以此为动物模型,对治疗进行性肌营养不良症等肌病有一定疗效的灵芝制剂进行了研究。发现薄盖灵芝菌丝体和赤芝水注射液有明显的降血清醛缩酶作用,从薄盖灵芝菌丝体分离出的化学成分尿嘧啶和尿嘧啶核苷亦有此作用。目前正在医院观察尿嘧啶核苷注射液对进行性肌营养不良症等疾病的治疗效果。

     

    Abstract: Ganoderma capense cultivated by submerged fermentation was reported to be useful for the treatment of progressive muscular dystrophy and atrophic myotonia. Since hyper-aldolasemia is one of the biochemical indications of muscular dystrophy, the effect of Ganodermas on experimental aldolasemia caused by administration of 2,4-D was studied in mice.Intraperitoneal injections of preparations of the mycelum or the filtrate of Ganoderma capense cultivated by submerged fermentation as well as G. japonicum were found to lower the elevated serum aldolase levels induced by injection of 2,4- D. Uracil and uridine, both isolated from the mycelum of G. capense, were also shown to be effective in lowering the elevated aldolase level. The same result was obtained with uracil and uridine perchased from the market. It appears that uracil and uridine may be the active principles of G. capense used for the treatment of muscular dystrophy in patients. The isolation of other principles from G. capense is still in progress.
