ELECTRON IMPACT AND FIELD DESORPTION MASS SPECTROMETRY OF 2,4-DIAMINO-6-SUBSTITUTED QUINAZOLINE SULFONAMIDES

  • 摘要: 研究了10种2,4-二氨基-6-取代磺酰胺喹唑啉类药物的电子电离及场解吸质谱。一些化合物出现了M-SO2+的重排离子峰。通过高分辨质谱及亚稳态离子的测定,对裂解的规律及重排离子形成的条件进行了研究和讨论。

     

    Abstract: The electron impact and field desorption mass spectra of 10 2,4-diamino-6-substituted quinazoline sulfonamides were investigated. In some of the EI and FD spectra, rearrangement and elimination of SO2 were observed. By means of accurate mass measurements and metastable ion determination the fragmentation pattern is described, and the conditions of the formation of M-SO2+ rearrangement ion are discussed.
