素馨花环烯醚萜苷类化学成分研究

为研究木樨科植物素馨干燥花蕾的抗HBV活性化学成分, 通过硅胶、聚酰胺、大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等色谱方法进行分离纯化, 根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化学结构, 从素馨花70% 乙醇提取物的抗HBV活性部位中分离得到6个环烯醚萜苷类化合物, 分别鉴定为素馨花苷B (1)、6-O-甲基梓醇 (2)、去乙酰车叶草酸 (3)、桃叶珊瑚苷 (4)、8-去羟基-山栀子苷 (5) 和马钱子苷 (6)。化合物1为新化合物, 化合物2~6为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Abstract:The study on the buds of Jasminum officinale L. var. grandiflorum was carried out to look for anti-HBV constituents. The isolation and purification were performed by HPLC and chromatography on silica gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 column. The structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Six iridoid glycosides were identified as jasgranoside B (1), 6-O-methy-catalpol (2), deacetyl asperulosidic acid (3), aucubin (4), 8-dehydroxy shanzhiside (5), and loganin (6). Jasgranoside B (1) is a new compound. Compounds 2−6 were isolated from Jasminum officinale L. var. grandiflorum for the first time.
