全固态乌头碱电化学检测器的研制及其在流动注射分析中的应用

CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF ALL-SOLIDSTATE ACONITINE ELECTROCHEMICAL DETECTOR IN FLOW INJECTION ANALYSIS

  • 摘要: 报道一种新型结构的全固态乌头碱电化学检测器的研制及其在流动注射分析中的应用。采用流动注射分析法对川乌、草乌及其中成药(小活络丸)中剧毒成分(双酯型生物碱)进行了测试,方法简便快速,结果同光度法接近。本文还提出了电化学法研究乌头碱水解动力学原理。在pH 6.5,温度98℃的条件下测得乌头碱水解成苯甲酰乌头碱的速度常数为1.36×10-2min-1

     

    Abstract: A new kind of all - solid- state electrochemical detector for very toxicalkaloids such as aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine has been studied. It exhibitsNernstian response for these alkaloids with a slope of 56 mV/decade over the concentrationrange of 3×10-5 ~1 ×10-2mol/L at pH 2 ~7 under the flow condition. Directpotentiometry for the determination of aconitine in Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb.,Aconitum carmichaeli Debx. and Xiaohuoluo Wan showed average recoveries of 98.5, 98.3and 96.8% and relative standard deviations of 1.8, 2.4 and 3.5%, respectively. It can beused for the determination of very toxic alkaloids in the above mentioned samples by flowinjection analysis. It also can be used for the study of the hydrolytic kinetics of aconitine.
