双黄连片的多组分质量分析

MULTIPLE COMPONENTS QUALITY ANALYSIS OF SHUANGHUANGLIAN TABLET

  • 摘要: 目的 建立双黄连片剂多组分含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法 用RP-HPLC梯度洗脱技术一次进样分离双黄连片剂中多个化学成分。色谱柱:Inertsil ODS柱;流动相:乙腈-1%乙酸水溶液作梯度洗脱;流速:1mL·min-1;检测波长:280nm。结果 在选定的色谱条件下,测定了片剂中绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、连翘苷、黄芩苷、黄芩素等6个成分。结论 本法简单易行,可用于双黄连片质量的检测

     

    Abstract: AIM To establish an HPLC method for the separation and determination of Shuanghuanglian tablet. METHODS A method of analysis for determination of six components from Shuanghuanglian tablet by RP-HPLC has been developed. Column: Inertsil ODS. The eluent consisted of acetonitrile-water (1% acetic acid). A gradient method was set up. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. RESULTS The contents of six components, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, rutin, phillyrin, baicalin, and baicalein were determined by the given method. CONCLUSION The analytical results demonstrate that the method is convenient, accurate and practical and can be used as a reliable method for the quality control of this preparation.
