服止宁离子选择电极的研制
STUDY ON FILCILIN ION SELECTIVE ELECTRODE

摘要: 以四苯硼钠和服止宁形成的离子缔合物为活性物质研制了服止宁液膜和PVC膜电极。液膜电极的响应范围为10-2~5×10~(-5)M,PVC膜电极的响应范围为10-2~10-5M。PVC膜电极的响应斜率比液膜电极的高,且响应迅速、重现和稳定。用分别溶液法测了电极对24种物质的选择性系数,结果表明少数叔胺类、季铵类生物碱有干扰。用这种电极测定了服止宁原粉及其片剂的含量,原粉的平均回收率为99.7%,标准偏差为±1.8%,片剂的标准偏差为±0.43%。Abstract: The liquid-membrane and PVC membrane ion-selective electrodes for filcilin were studied. They are based on the use of tetraphenylborate-filcilin ion pair complex as the active material. The PVC membrane electrode showed Nernstian response in 10-2~10-5M filcilin solution over a pH range of 2.3~6.7 with cationic slope of 58 mV/pC. The electrode showed rapid response, good reproducibility and precision. Using direct potentiometric determination, the recovery of pure filcilin was 99.7% and the standard deviation was ±1.8%, the standard deviation of actual determination of samples was ±0.43. The selectivity coefficient of 24 substances was tested, most of them did not interfere.
