SYNTHESIS OF EFUAMIDE

  • Abstract: On the basis of spectroscopic analysis, Efuamide has been confirmed to be indentical with the compound obtained from the residue of ignited APC tablets.In pharmacological experiments, Efuamide was found to have immunosuppressive, antihistaminic and antiinflammatory actions.It showed desirable effect in clinical trial on acne.
