雷公藤三萜成分研究

STUDIES ON TRITERPENOIDS OF TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII HOOK-F

  • 摘要: 自福建产雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook-f)的去皮根部分离得到七种三萜成份。经鉴定Ti和T2分别为雷公藤内酯甲和乙;T3为3β,22α-二羟基-△12-齐墩果烯-29-羧酸;T4为3-Epikatonic acid;T5为Salaspermic acid;T6为一新的三萜酸,3,24-二氧代-木栓烷-29-羧酸;T7为南蛇藤素。T5和T6推测可能是卫矛科植物体内合成南蛇藤素的中间体。免疫学实验证明T7对由Con A引起的淋巴细胞增殖有显著的抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: Seven triterpenoids were isolated from the root of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook-f collected in Fu-Jian province. T1 was identified as wilforlide A; T2 as wilforlide B; T3 as 3β, 22a-dihydroxy-Δ12-oleanen-29-oic acid; T4 as 3-epi-katonic acid; T5 as salaspermic acid; T6, a new triterpenic acid, as 3,24-dioxo-fridelan-29-oic acid tentatively and T7 as celastrol.T7 was shown to inhibit proliferation of lymph cells.
