川芎有效成份的研究——新的苯酞类化合物4-羟基-3-丁基苯酞的结构测定

STUDIES ON THE STRUCTURE OF A PHTHALIDE COMPOUND

摘要: 从川芎(Ligusticum wallchii Franch)的酚性部分中分离得到一个新的苯酞类化合物Ⅰ,熔点190～191℃,α_D—105.5°,C₁₂H₄O₃。化合物Ⅰ的结构经化学和仪器分析测定,鉴定为4-羟基-3-丁基苯酞(4-Hydroxy-3-butyl phthalide),并用合成证实。

Abstract: A new phthatide (I, m. p. 190～191℃, α_D —105.5°, C₁₂ H₁₄ O₃) was isolated from the phenolic part of Ligusticum wallichii Franch. The structure of the compound Ⅰ(4-hydroxy-3-butylphthalide) was elucidated by chemical and instrumental analysis and proved by synthesis.
