Two new sesquiterpenoids from basidiomycete Tyromyces chioneus

  • 摘要: 采用硅胶、RP-18、Sephadex LH-20等多种材料进行分离纯化, 通过理化方法和波谱分析进行结构鉴定, 从担子菌薄皮干酪菌(Tyromyces chioneus)发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取部位分离并鉴定了4个化合物, 它们分别为: tyromol A(1)、tyromol B(2)、15-hydroxy-6α, 12-epoxy-7β, 10αH, 11βH-spiroax-4-ene(3)和agripilol C(4)。其中化合物12为新的倍半萜, 化合物34均为首次从该真菌中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Two new sesquiterpenoids, named as tyromols A and B(1 and 2), were isolated from cultures of basidiomycete Tyromyces chioneus, along with two previously reported 15-hydroxy-6α, 12-epoxy-7β, 10αH, 11βH-spiroax-4-ene(3)and agripilol C(4). Compounds 1-4 were separated and purified by silica gel, RP-18, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis including IR, MS, 1D and 2D NMR experiments.
