  • 摘要: 目的研究西蒙1号番薯Ipomoea batatas. Lam毛状根中的生物碱成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱和薄层色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据确定其结构。结果分离、鉴定了1个生物碱。结论该化合物为一新的吲哚类生物碱,命名为番薯碱甲(ipomine A)。

     

    Abstract: AimTo study the alkaloid constituents of the hairy roots of Ipomoea batatas.Lam. MethodsChromatographic methods were used for isolation and purification. The structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral data. ResultsAn alkaloid was isolated from the hairy roots of Ipomoea batatas. ConclusionThe compound is a novel indole-type alkaloid, which is named as ipomine A.
