摘要: 本文对海洋来源的内生真菌棘孢曲霉（Aspergillus aculeatus）的次级代谢产物进行了研究，从其提取物中分离得到一个新的具有较长交叉共轭系统的甾体类化合物，通过各种波谱分析方法确定其结构为15α-羟基-（22E，24R）-麦角甾-3，5，8（14），22-四烯-7-酮（15α-hydroxy-（22E，24R）-ergosta-3，5，8（14），22-tetraen-7-one）。测试了该化合物在体外对小鼠白血病细胞株P388、人早幼粒白血病细胞株HL-60、人前列腺癌细胞株PC-3的细胞毒作用。Abstract: A new steroid with a long cross-conjugation structure, 15α-hydroxy-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-3, 5, 8 (14), 22-tetraen-7-one (1), was isolated from the marine-derived fungus Aspergillus aculeatus. Its structure was established by the extensive spectroscopic analyses, and its cytotoxicities against P388, HL-60, and PC-3 cell lines were measured in vitro.
