黄皮叶中黄皮酰胺的分离和结构测定

ISOLATION AND STRUCTURAL ELUCIDATION OF CLAUSENAMIDE FROM THE LEAVES OF CLAUSENA LANSIUM (LOUR.) SKEELS

  • 摘要: 从黄皮叶中分得一种具有降SGPT活性的新的酰胺类化合物——黄皮酰胺,经光谱分析和化学反应推定其结构为(Ⅰ),并由单晶X衍射确证。

     

    Abstract: Rutaceae Clausena lansium (Lour) Skeels, widely distributed in Southern China, is a kind of fruit tree. The crude extract from its leaves has been used for the treatment of acute and chronic viral hepatitis and its effect of lowering eleveted SGPT level was observed. A cyclic amide, Clausenamide, with novel structure (Ⅰ) possessing the above activity has been isolated in our laboratory from the leaves of C. lansium. By means of spectrometric data combined with chemical reactions, the structure has been elucidated and the proposed structure (Ⅰ) was further confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis.
