异浙贝甲素氮氧化物的分离和结构鉴定异浙贝甲素氮氧化物的分离和结构鉴定

A new steroidal alkaloid from the bulbus of Fritillaria wabuensia

  • 摘要: 目的研究川贝母的化学成分。方法运用色谱方法进行分离纯化,用氢谱、碳谱、DEPT谱及质谱鉴定其结构。结果从四川家种贝母新种——瓦布贝母(Bulbus fritillaria wabuensis S.Y.Tang et S.C.Yueh)鳞茎中分得3个甾体生物碱,分别为:西贝素(imperialine,I),西贝素氮氧化物(imperialine-β-N-oxside,II),异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isoverticine-β-N-oxide,III)。结论化合物III为一种新的异甾体生物碱,命名为异浙贝甲素氮氧化物(isoverticine-β-N-oxide)。

     

    Abstract: AimTo investigate the chemical constituents of the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia. Methods Chromatography techniques were used to isolate the chemical constituents. EI-MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and DEPT were used to determine the structures of the isolated constituents. ResultsThree alkaloids were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia, and were identified as imperialine (I), imperialine-β-N-oxside (II), isoverticine-β-N-oxide (III). ConclusionIsoverticine-β-N-oxide was isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria wabuensia for the first time. Isoverticine-β-N-oxide is a new alkaloid.
