木防己化学成分研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE ROOT OF COCCULUS TRILOBUS DC.

  • 摘要: 从浙江产木防己(Cocculus trilobus DC.)根中获得四种双苄基异喹啉生物碱Ⅰ~Ⅳ,通过光谱分析和化学反应证明分别为异木防己碱(isotrilobine,Ⅰ)、木防己碱(trilobine,Ⅱ).N-氧化异木防己碱(isotrilobine-Ⅳ-2-oxide,Ⅲ)及N-去甲基木防已碱(nortriiobine Ⅳ).其中Ⅲ为一新化合物。Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。

     

    Abstract: Four bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids (Ⅰ~Ⅳ)have been isolated from the roots of Cocculus trilobus DC. (Menispermaceae) growing wild in the mountainous areas of Zhejiang province. Their structures were established as isotrilobine (Ⅰ), trilobine (Ⅱ), isotrilobine- N- 2-oxide (Ⅲ)and nortrilobine (Ⅳ)on the basis of spectral analysis (UV, IR, HNMR, MS), physico- chemical constants and properties of the derivatives. Ⅲ is a new alkaloid and Ⅳ was found from this plant for the first time.
