竹叶榕根中的一个新苯丙酸酯

A new phenylpropanoic acid derivatives from the roots of Ficus stenophylla

  • 摘要: 为了研究竹叶榕(Ficus stenophylla Hemsl.)根的化学成分,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱反复分离纯化,根据理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。从竹叶榕根的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为竹叶榕素[methyl 3-(6-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzo-furan-5-yl) propanoate,1]、山柰酚(kaemferol,2)、山柰酚3-O-β-D-葡糖苷(kampferol 3-O-β-D-glucoside,3)、槲皮素(quercetin,4)和小麦黄酮(tricin,5)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: Chemical constituents of the roots of Ficus stenophylla were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were elucidated based on physicochemical and spectral data. Five compounds were identified as methyl 3-(6-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzofuran-5-yl) propanoate (1), kaemferol (2), kampferol 3-O-β-D-glucoside (3), quercetin (4) and tricin (5), separately. Compound 1 is a new phenylpropionic acid derivatives. All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
