生物碱类浸膏制剂分析方法的研究 Ⅰ.吐根制剂的四苯硼钠滴定法

STUDIES ON THE ANALYSIS OF ALKALOIDAL EXTRACT PREPARATIONS——Ⅰ.DETERMINATION OF IPECAC PREPARATIONS BY SODIUM TETRAPHENYLBORON TITRATION

  • 摘要: 本文提出了吐根浸膏制剂中生物碱含量的直接测定法.吐根浸膏制剂不需经过分离,在酸性条件下直接用四苯硼钠溶液沉淀,过量的四苯硼钠以季銨盐溶液回滴定,方法简单、迅速且较为准确.平均回收率为99-100.1%,重现性较好.方法的平均偏差为±0.55%;标准偏差为±0.69%.制剂中存在的杂质对测定并不干扰.

     

    Abstract: A back-titration method is proposed for the determination of alkaloids in the liquid extract and tincture of Ipecacuanha. The total alkaloids in the sample is precipitated by sodium tetraphenylboron in the acidic medium to form tetraphenylborate, and the excess reagent is then titrated with quaternary ammonium halide solution (Benzakonium chloride or alkyldimethylbenzylammonium bromide) using bromophenol blue as indicator. The method described above is simple, rapid, and accurate, which is suitable for the assay of Ipecac preparations. The reproducibility of this method is good and the results are in good agreement with of there official methods. Samples containing about 20 mg of total alkaloids were determined ten times with a standard deviation of ±0.69%. The determination may be completed within 1 hour.
