柴胡红景天中一个新氰苷类化合物

A new cyanosides from Rhodiola bupleuroldes

  • 摘要:

    利用硅胶柱色谱, 对柴胡红景天 (Rhodiola bupleuroldes) 根茎70%乙醇提取部分进行分离纯化, 分离得到5个化合物。用光谱分析 (UVIRHR-ESI-MS1H NMR13C NMR2D NMR) 和化学反应鉴定得到的化合物结构。5个化合物分别为柴胡红景天氰苷素A (rhobupcyanoside A, 1)、对香豆酸 (p-coumaric acid, 2)、没食子酸-3-甲基醚 (4, 5-dihydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid, 3)、黑色五味子单体苷 (schizandriside, 4) 和山柰酚 (kaempferol, 5)。化合物1为新化合物, 其余4个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

     

    Abstract:

    From the 70% ethanol extract of the stems of Rhodiola bupleuroldes, five compounds were   isolated by repeated silica gel column chromatography.  Their structures were determined by spectroscopic (UV, IR, ESI-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and 2D NMR) and chemical methods as rhobupcyanoside A (1), p-coumaric acid (2), 4, 5-dihydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid (3), schizandriside (4) and kaempferol (5).  Among them, 1 was a new compound, and 25 were isolated from R. bupleuroldes for the first time.
