SYNTHESIS OF THE DERIVATIVES OF β,β'-BIS-(p-AMINOPHENOXY)-DIETHYL ETHER

  • 摘要: 本文改变了α,ω-双(对氨基苯氧基)烷类及α-(对氨基苯氧基)-ω-(苯氧基)-烷类等两类对血吸虫病有效的衍生物的化学结构,合成了乙醚类衍生物十种,以期获得对日本血吸虫病有更好实验疗效的药物:(Ⅰ)R,R′=-NH2 (Ⅳ)(Ⅱ)R,R′=-NHCH3(Ⅲ)R,R′=-N(CH3)2

     

    Abstract: The new derivatives of β,β′-bis-(p-aminophenoxy)-diethyl ether were prepared for the investigation of the schistosomicidal effect against experimental animals.
