Chemical constituents from the mangrove plant Ceriops tagal

  • 摘要: 目的研究中国红树植物角果木(Ceriops tagal)的次生代谢成分。方法用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从中国红树植物角果木石油醚部分分离出9个化合物,并确定了它们的结构分别为:tagalsins A (1),ent-5α-dolabr-4(18)-ene-15S,16-diol (2),鲨烯(3),白桦脂酸(4),羽扇-20(29)-烯-3-酮-28-羧酸(5),白桦脂醇(6),羽扇-20(29)-烯-3-酮-28-醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8),阿魏酸二十六醇酯(9)。其中化合物1和2为dolabrane型二萜。结论化合物1为新化合物,2~9系首次从该种中分离得到。

     

    Abstract: AimTo investigate the secondary metabolites of the mangrove plant Ceriops tagal. MethodsColumn chromatography techniques including HPLC were used for the separation and purification , and extensive spectral analysis including various 2D NMR spectra were employed for structure elucidation. ResultsNine compounds, namely, tagalsins A (1), ent-5α-dolabr-4(18)-ene-15S,16-diol (2), squalene (3), betulinic acid (4), lup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid (5), betulin (6), lup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-ol (7), β-sitosterol (8), n-hexacosanylferulate (9) were obtained. Of which 1 and 2 belong to dolabrane diterpene. ConclusionCompound 1 is a new compound, and 2 to 9 are isolated from this species for the first time.
