Isolation and identification of a novel ellagitannin from Phyllanthus urinaria L.

  • 摘要: 目的研究叶下珠(Phyllanthus urinaria L.)的化学成分。方法用多种色谱法进行分离纯化,现代波谱法鉴定结构。结果分离得到一个新的鞣花鞣质叶下珠素G,结构为1-O-galloyl-2-phyllanthoyl-3,6-(R)-HHDP-β-D-glucose。结论叶下珠素G(phyllanthusiin G)为一个新化合物。

     

    Abstract: AimTo investigate the chemical constituents of Phyllanthus urinaria L. MethodsVarious chromatographic techniques were employed for the isolation and purification. The structure was elucidated by spectral analyses. ResultsA novel ellagitannin named phyllanthusiin G was isolated, its structure was established as 1-O-galloyl-2-phyllanthoyl-3,6-(R)-HHDP-β-D-glucose. ConclusionPhyllanthusiin G is a new compound.
