CHEMICAL COMPONENTS OF BOSWELLIA CARTERII

摘要: 目的研究乳香的化学成分。方法应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,IR,NMR,MS等波谱解析化学结构。结果从乳香中分离出6个化合物,分别鉴定为α-乙酰乳香酸(1),β-乙酰乳香酸(2),羽扇-20(29)-烯-3α-乙酰氧基-24-酸(3),α-乳香酸(4),β-乳香酸(5),11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸(6)。结论化合物3为新成分。Abstract: AIMTo investigate the chemical components of Boswellia carterii. METHODSChromatographic technologies were used for separation and purification, while spectral analysis was used for structure elucidation. RESULTSSix compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as acetyl-α-boswellic acid (1), acetyl-β-boswellic acid (2), lup-20(29)-ene-3α-acetoxy-24-oic acid (3), α-boswellic acid (4), β-boswellic acid (5) and acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (6). CONCLUSIONCompound 3 is a new constituent.
