Nafion修饰玻碳电极测定微量左旋咪唑的研究

STUDY ON DETERMINATION OF MICROAMOUNT OF LEVAMISOLE WITH NAFION-MODIFIED GLASSY CARBON ELECTRODE

  • 摘要: 以玻碳电极为基体,制备了nafion修饰电极,研究了非电活性阳离子药物左旋咪唑在该电极上的测定方法及作用机理。将左旋咪唑加到含电活性阳离子药物多巴胺的电解质溶液中,使多巴胺峰电流下降,峰电流的降低与左旋咪唑的浓度对数在2×10-6~8×10-5mol·r-1范围内呈良好线性关系,本方法的检测下限为1×10-6mol·L6,回收范围为96.8%~105.8%,相对标准偏差为3.2%(n=10)。

     

    Abstract: Levamisole is an electroinactive cationic drug.This paper describes the method for determination of microamount of levamisole with nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode and discussesits reaction mechanism. The peak current of dopamine is decreased when levamisole is added to anelectrolyte solution containing electroactive dopamine, There is a good linear relationship between theextent of the decrease in peak current and the logarithmic concentration of levamisole in the range of2×10-6~8×10-5mol·L-1. The detection limit of the method is 1×10-6mol·L-1 Therecovery is 96.8%~105.8%, and the relative standard deviation is 3.2%(n=10).
